我国加入 WTO后 ,在国际贸易的关税壁垒逐渐取消的同时 ,技术性贸易壁垒、卫生及动植物检疫措施将成为各国保护贸易和产业的重要手段。解决食品的安全与质量问题 ,突破各国的“绿色技术壁垒”,应针对目前出口贸易中存在的问题 ,采取各种措施 ,大力发展绿色食品 ,提高产品的国际竞争力 ,使绿色食品成为我国农产品打破“绿色技术壁垒”、扩大出口的新兴的主导力量。
