1简介“十三五”国家重点研发计划“七大农作物育种”试点专项“主要经济作物分子设计育种”项目以大豆、棉花、油菜和蔬菜等主要经济作物为研究对象,利用优良种质资源,运用基因组学和系统生物学等手段,解析主要经济作物高产、优质、抗病虫、抗逆、养分高效利用、适于机械化生产等重要农艺性状的调控机制,优化多基因聚合技术,建立品种分子设计育种创新体系,为实现全基因组水平优化选择培育经济作物新品种提供系统技术方案和育种新材料。
1 Introduction The key national R & D program of the “13th Five-Year Plan” and the pilot project of “Seven Crops Breeding” and the “Major Molecular Crop Breeding and Design of Commercial Crops” project take the major cash crops such as soybean, cotton, rape and vegetables as research objects, Utilizing excellent germplasm resources and using means of genomics and system biology to analyze the regulatory mechanisms of major economic crops such as high yield, high quality, disease resistance, insect resistance, nutrient utilization, and suitable for important agronomic traits such as mechanization production, Polymerization technology to establish a variety of molecular design breeding innovation system, in order to achieve the optimization of the whole genome level to cultivate new varieties of cash crops to provide systematic technical programs and breeding new materials.
