为解决搅拌站带式压滤机系统正常工作的可靠性问题,把灰色系统理论及其应用中的灰色关联度分析模型应用到带式压滤机系统故障树分析中,建立了带式压滤机系统的故障树,以典型故障模式为参考序列,以底事件结构重要度为比较序列,运用灰色关联度分析模型对发生在故障树中各种故障模式的可能性大小做出了判断。本文中提出故障树的分析方法和结果为提高系统的安全性、可靠性及结构设计的改进提供了理论依据。
In order to solve the reliability of the normal operation of the belt filter press system in the mixing station, the gray system theory and the gray correlation analysis model in its application are applied to the fault tree analysis of the belt filter press system. The belt pressure filter The fault tree of the machine system takes the typical failure mode as the reference sequence and the importance degree of the bottom event as the comparison sequence. The gray relational degree analysis model is used to judge the possibility of various failure modes occurring in the fault tree. The method and result of fault tree analysis proposed in this paper provide a theoretical basis for improving system safety, reliability and structural design.
