目的:探讨产后出血行经阴道无齿卵圆钳钳夹术的治疗效果。方法:抽取2013年6月至2015年2月在英德市妇幼保健院就诊的86例产后出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组采用常规保守治疗,观察组采用无齿卵圆钳钳夹术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的止血时间、出血量和并发症发生率均明显较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的止血成功率明显高于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后出血患者采用阴道无齿卵圆钳钳夹术可以有效控制出血,减少宫颈损伤,降低并发症的发生,安全性高。 Objective: To investigate the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by transvaginal incision-free oval pliers. Methods: Totally 86 postpartum hemorrhage patients from June 2013 to February 2015 in Yingde MCH were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group.
