宣传报道是工会工作的重要组成部分,也是提升工会权威性的重要途径。新媒体的发展使工会宣传工作发生了功能性的转变。工会宣传工作互动性更为明显。新媒体时代下的工会宣传工作正在逐渐的改善传播方式与渠道,不断地扩大受众群体,使越来越多的人能够了解到工会工作。新媒体能够为工会宣传工作进行资源的有效整合,积极传播先进理念,对受众群体进行划分,推动工会宣传工作的顺利进行。本文对新媒体在工会宣传工作中的应用进行分析。
Propaganda and reporting are an important part of the work of trade unions and an important way to enhance the authority of trade unions. The development of new media has led to a functional change in the propaganda work of the trade union. Trade union advocacy work is more interactive. The promotion of trade unions under the new media era is gradually improving the means and channels of communication and constantly expanding the audience so that more and more people can understand the work of trade unions. The new media can effectively integrate resources for the promotion of trade unions, actively disseminate advanced concepts, divide audiences, and promote the smooth conduct of trade union advocacy work. This article analyzes the application of new media in the promotion of trade unions.
