目的观察极限运动后低氧暴露情况下大学生篮球运动员血氧水平的变化。方法10名大学生篮球运动员分别在安静状态下(A组)、极限运动即刻(A1组)、极限运动后进行2小时的低氧暴露即刻,即PO2为14.6Kpa(相当于3000m海拔高度)的低氧暴露即刻(A2组),采取桡动脉血2ml,测试代表血氧水平的指标值PO2(氧分压)、O2Sat(氧饱和度子)、O2cont(氧含量)的变化。结果表明代表血氧水平的指标值PO2、O2Sat、O2cont,A1组相比A组有下降的趋势(P>0.05);A2组相比A和A1组均显著上升(P<0.01)。结论极限运动后进行2小时PO2为14.6Kpa的低氧暴露对篮球运动员血氧水平影响显著。
Objective To observe the change of blood oxygen level of college basketball players under the condition of hypoxia exposure after extreme exercise. Methods Ten college basketball players were in quiet state (group A) and immediately after exercise (group A1). Hypoxic exposure was performed for 2 hours after extreme exercise, ie, the PO2 was 14.6 kPa (equivalent to 3000 m altitude) Oxygen exposure immediately (A2 group), to take radial artery blood 2ml, the test represents the indicators of blood oxygen levels PO2 (oxygen partial pressure), O2Sat (oxygen saturation), O2cont (oxygen content) changes. The results showed that the representative values of blood oxygenation index PO2, O2Sat, O2cont, A1 group decreased compared with the A group (P> 0.05); A2 group compared with the A and A1 groups were significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusions Hypoxic exposure with PO2 14.6kPa after 2 hours of extreme exercise has a significant effect on the blood oxygen level of basketball players.
