南山2号隧道是民和至小峡公路的一条控制性隧道,位于民和县境内,隧道顶层覆土为黄土,主体为卵石土,埋置深度约85m,围岩自稳性较差,在隧道施工开挖时,在YK24+290——YK24+305出现局部塌方冒顶的现象,本文针对该隧道地质条件和围岩等级提出了塌方冒顶处理方法,采用大管棚超前支护、尽早封闭成环、加强监控量测工作及施工管理等措施,通过工程实施验证取得了良好效果,该方法对同类隧道塌方冒顶处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
Nanshan Tunnel No. 2 is a controlled tunnel between Minhe and Xiaoxia Highway and is located in Minhe County. The top of the tunnel is covered with loess and the main body is pebble soil. The embedment depth is about 85m and the stability of surrounding rock is poor. During construction excavation, the phenomenon of local collapsible roof fall occurred in YK24 + 290 - YK24 + 305. In this paper, according to the geological conditions of the tunnel and the grade of surrounding rock, a landslide roof treatment method is put forward. , Strengthening the monitoring and measuring work and construction management measures, and achieved good results through project implementation verification. This method is of some reference to the collapse and fall-off treatment of similar tunnels.
