给出制定维修等级的依据及对其内容的要求,提出野战防空和要地防空地空导弹武器系统维修等级划分为四级(日常维护、基层级、支援级、基地级)的建议及各级维修具体内容,给出设计预防维修周期需考虑的因素,及该周期长短对武器系统作战有效度的影响,提出维修等级方案设计与武器系统技术方案设计互相渗透、同步进行才能达到优化的观点.
