硝普钠系强力血管扩张剂,既往未见应用本品平喘的报道。我们的研究发现,硝普钠对离体豚鼠气管平滑肌有直接松弛作用,其强度与异丙肾上腺素相近似;对豚鼠的组胺和乙酰胆碱性哮喘及狗的过敏性哮喘具有保护作用。临床观察舌下含化或雾化吸入本品均有较好的平喘作用,并能改善肺通气功能。本文应用硝普钠片剂共治疗支气管哮喘等发作期患者324例,总有效率80.6％,其中显效率为39.2％。治后FEV_1提高10％以上者占70.6％。本品使用方便,起效迅速,作用较持久,无明显副作用,值得临床推广使用。
Sodium nitroprusside is a powerful vasodilator, no previous reports of antiasthmatic use of this product. Our study found that sodium nitroprusside has a direct relaxation effect on isolated guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle and its intensity is similar to that of isoproterenol; it has protective effects on histamine and acetylcholine asthma in guinea pigs and dogs with allergic asthma. Clinical observation of sublingual or aerosol inhalation of this product has a better antiasthmatic effect, and can improve pulmonary ventilation. In this paper, sodium nitroprusside tablets in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and other 324 patients, the total effective rate was 80.6%, of which 39.2% were markedly efficient. Post-treatment FEV_1 increased by 10% or more accounted for 70.6%.
