本文通过对10个电站19台高压汽轮机铸件裂纹情况的调查,阐述了裂纹的性质,分析了裂纹的原因。这些铸件材料大都是ZG20CrMoV钢。解决该问题的主要途经是提高铸件制造质量和对缺陷采取合理的补焊工艺。
This paper investigates the cracks of 19 high-pressure steam turbine castings in 10 power stations, expounds the nature of the cracks and analyzes the causes of the cracks. Most of these casting materials are ZG20CrMoV steel. The main way to solve this problem is to improve the quality of casting manufacturing and to take a reasonable defect repair welding process.
