为积累国人体质资料，给支气管疾病的诊断和治疗提供形态学参考资料。采用福尔马林固定的成人全肺标本，根据支气管树的国际命名法，逐级解剖测量３０例无变异，畸形的Ⅰ～Ⅳ支气管长度、内径、偏斜度，经统计学处理。本文报告左侧。结果提示：左肺Ⅰ～Ⅲ级支气管适用ＯＬＹＭＰＵＳＢＦ－Ｂ３型纤支镜检查，Ⅳ级支气管及Ⅴ级支气管起始处宜用ＯＬＹＭＰＵＳＢＦ－３Ｃ３型纤支镜检查，Ⅴ级以下支气管则需改进纤支镜技术参数才能插入观察。
For the accumulation of physical fitness information, bronchial disease diagnosis and treatment to provide morphological reference.
