近几年来,国内对硫化镉半导体的物理机构或晶体及光电元件制备等方面已有一系列的研究工作,现在我們已能掌握高純度大型硫化鎘單晶体与多晶体制备及敏化的技术条件,从而能制成各种高灵敏度的硫化镉光敏元件,并广泛地被应用于光电自动控制、拾音、計算机、光电跟迹系统,劳动保护及各种測量技术中的“电眼”。在大跃进中,我室还初步制成了P-N結晶硫化鎘太阳电池,为有效地利用太阳能为我国社会主义建設服务提供了条件。本文就硫化镉晶体的制备作一概要的介紹,供大家参考。
