为了降低油气损耗、节约能源,进一步推广应用组装式铝制内浮顶,河北省石油总公司于1993年8月19～21日在河北省北戴河主持召开了“组装式铭浮盘应用技术推广会”。参加会议的有中石化北京设计院、江汉石油学院、石油天然气管道勘察设计院,及安徽、陕西、山东、山西、河南、北京等省、市石油总公司和济南石油公司、河北省所属廊坊、保定、邯郸、唐山、张家口、沧州、邢台等市级石油公司的代表共计45人。
