目的:通过建立和发展填充理论和膜厚度理论,建立基于水膜厚度、净浆膜厚度、砂浆膜厚度的混凝土设计方法,建构高性能混凝土三梯度配合比设计新体系。创新点:1.堆积密实度湿测法;2.膜厚度理论;3.三梯度配合比设计法。方法:1.堆积密实度试验方法;2.流变性能试验方法;3.强度性能试验方法。结论:1.堆积密实度与膜厚度是影响混凝土材料各项性能的关键影响因素;2.基于填充理论和膜厚度理论的高性能混凝土三梯度配合比设计新体系对推动混凝土科学的发展有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new design system of three-gradation mix design of high-performance concrete by establishing and developing the theory of filling and the theory of film thickness, and establishing a concrete design method based on water film thickness, net film thickness and mortar film thickness. Innovative points: 1. Bulk density wet test; 2. Film thickness theory; 3. Three Gradient mix design. Methods: 1. Bulk density test method; 2. Rheological properties test method; 3. Strength performance test method. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The packing density and film thickness are the key influence factors on the performance of concrete materials.2. The new system of three-gradation mix design of high-performance concrete based on the filling theory and film thickness theory is important to promote the development of concrete science significance.
