目的调查花卉培育土中嗜肺军团菌的污染状况。方法于2009年7—9月采集公共场所室内盆栽花盆中的花卉培育土、市售袋装花卉培育土和有机肥花卉培育土。以巢式PCR方法扩增嗜肺军团菌种Mip基因,以琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测扩增产物。同时以荧光定量PCR进行检测。结果花卉培育土中嗜肺军团菌巢式PCR检测阳性率为51.9%(27/52),荧光定量PCR检测阳性率为73.1%(38/52),平均浓度为90 060 copies/g。结论花卉培育土中存在嗜肺军团菌污染。
Objective To investigate the contamination status of Legionella pneumophila in flower cultivation soil. Methods From July to September 2009, we collected flower cultivation soil from potted plants in public places, bagged flower cultivation soil and organic fertilizer flower cultivation soil on the market. The Mip gene of Legionella pneumophila was amplified by nested PCR and amplified by agarose gel electrophoresis. At the same time, fluorescence quantitative PCR was used for detection. Results The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in flower cultivation soil was 51.9% (27/52). The positive rate of fluorescence quantitative PCR assay was 73.1% (38/52) with the average concentration of 90 060 copies / g. Conclusion There is Legionella pneumophila contamination in the soil for flower cultivation.
