在一些重要场合,需要实地监测螺栓中的轴向力,利用超声波监测螺栓轴向力的方法,国内外陆续有人研究,但一般认为尚未进入实用化阶段。本文介绍的“超声测力仪”是研究实用型数字直读式超声波螺栓轴力监测仪器的初步尝试。本仪器采用的是一种反射—振荡器型超声频谱仪(ROUS),它由特殊形式的收—发一体化换能器和选通放大器构成基本振荡环节,其振荡频率随被测螺栓内的轴力而变。试验结果表明:针对被紧固工件的公称尺寸将仪器调节好之后,螺栓内的轴向力与频率变化量之间呈较好的线性关系,仪器可将螺栓轴向力直接以公斤值指示出来。
