目的 :探讨生长环境对知母品质的影响。方法 :高效液相色谱法考察测定不同产地、同一生长期知母不同部位中芒果甙等双苯吡酮类成分。结果 :本法测定知母根茎中芒果甙及新芒果甙含量快速、准确、重现性好 ;芒果甙、新芒果甙含量及两者含量之比在各产地间变异较大。根、叶中芒果甙含量较高。结论 :多数产地知母根茎、根、叶中芒果甙含量较高 ,知母入药可不去根 ,叶可作为芒果的一个天然来源。
Objective: To explore the effect of growing environment on the quality of Anemarrhena. Methods : HPLC was used to determine the contents of dipyrphenone in mango peony and other parts of different parts of the rhizome from the same growing season. Results :The content of mango and new mango in rhizome of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was determined quickly and accurately by this method. The content of mango and new mango and the ratio of the content of mango and mango were highly variable among different producing areas. The content of mango glycosides in roots and leaves is high. Conclusion : The content of mango in the rhizomes, roots and leaves of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae in most areas is high. The roots of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae may not be used as roots. The leaves can be used as a natural source of mangoes.
