设计并合成了一种新型含硅氧烷基和氨基的封端剂N-苯亚甲基-3三乙氧基硅烷基-1-丙胺(Imine-TEOS);研究了在以苯乙烯为聚合单体、环己烷为溶剂、四氢呋喃为结构调节剂、正丁基锂为引发剂,采用活性负离子聚合技术合成聚苯乙烯(PS)时,ImineTEOS对PS的封端反应;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振对封端剂和端基PS的分子结构进行了表征。结果表明,Imine-TEOS顺利地进行了PS端基的封端反应,封端反应后PS的分子量分布略加宽,并且随ImineTEOS的加入在整个封端反应过程中未引发偶联等副反应。
A novel siloxane-based and amino-group-terminated blocker N-benzylidene-3-triethoxysilyl-1-propylamine (Imine-TEOS) was designed and synthesized. Monomer and cyclohexane as solvent, tetrahydrofuran as structural modifier and n-butyllithium as initiator, the reaction of end-capping reaction of ImineTEOS to PS by using reactive anion polymerization technology; The molecular structures of end-capping agents and terminal PS were characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The results showed that Imine-TEOS successfully carried out the end-capping reaction of PS, the molecular weight distribution of PS was slightly broadened after the capping reaction, and no side reactions such as coupling were initiated during the entire capping reaction with the addition of ImineTEOS.
