E311反应冷凝器(立式)投入使用24个月后,检修过程中发现有部分换热管腐蚀减薄,腐蚀部位处于冷凝器上部靠近出口管的气液两相交界面。该设备壳体采用16MnR钢板,换热管采用国产00Cr17Ni14Mo2管,规格为φ25mm×3.5mm,共723根,出口管的内径为φ150mm,冷却水流量为150m~3/s,流速约为2.4m/s。冷却循环采用长江水,水质条件较差。1检验与分析1.1材质分析对换热管的原材料及腐蚀减薄失效段进行化学成分分析,结果均符合标准,见表1。对腐蚀减薄失效段换热管取样进行力学性能测定和晶间腐蚀试验结果均
