本文利用水中氧容重的消费量作为指标判断水稻根系呼吸强度,结果表明:在水、旱育苗条件下,分布在5~25厘米土层的水稻根系呼吸中产生的氧化酶对水稻生理有很大影响;水中发芽的种子对水中氧容重的吸收量高于在空气中发芽的种子,呼吸抑制剂 KCN 和 DIACA 抑制率分别为5%和18%,而在空气中发芽的种子呼吸抑制率各为58%;生长的稻苗根系对水中氧容重的吸收随叶龄不同有所差异,3~4叶期急剧下降,然后又升高;KCN 和 DIACA 在水育苗条件下,KCN 的抑制率高。
In this paper, the consumption of oxygen in water was used as an indicator to determine the respiration intensity of rice roots. The results showed that the oxidase produced by root respiration in 5-25cm soil layer had a great effect on rice physiology under water and drought nursery conditions , The germination rate of seeds germinated in water was higher than that of seeds germinated in air, the inhibition rates of respiratory depression KCN and DIACA were 5% and 18% respectively, while the respiration rate of seeds germinated in air was 58%. The absorption capacity of oxygen in water by root system of rice seedlings increased with the different leaf ages, and the leaf phases at 3 ~ 4 decreased sharply and then increased again. KCN and DIACA had higher KCN inhibition rate under watering conditions.
