今年以来,我国对外贸易总体环境继续好转,进出口延续了恢复性增长的态势,回升幅度超过预期,对新兴经济体进出口比重增加,主要产品出口全面回暖,贸易顺差大幅减少。展望下半年,由于世界经济复苏进程依然曲折,国内外库存回补需求减弱,加之基数效应影响显现,预计进出口增速将逐季放缓,贸易顺差趋于平衡。建议外贸政策继续保持稳定,同时将政策调控重点落在优化外贸结构上。 Since the beginning of this year, the general environment for China’s foreign trade has continued to improve. The import and export have continued the momentum of recovery growth. The rate of recovery has exceeded expectations. The proportion of imports and exports to emerging economies has increased. The export of major products has been fully warmed up and the trade surplus has dropped sharply. Looking forward to the second half of the year, due to the twists and turns in the global economic recovery and the weakening demand for stock replenishment at home and abroad, combined with the effect of base effect, the growth rate of imports and exports is expected to slow down quarter by quarter and the trade surplus tends to balance. It is recommended that foreign trade policies continue to be stable while adjusting the focus of policy control on optimizing the structure of foreign trade.
