利用80MHz NMR仪,分别用国外普遍采用的预饱和法和作者首创的冷冻干燥法对正常人组和各种部位肿瘤病人组的血清脂蛋白脂类物质的甲基和次甲基的共振进行了线宽测量。预饱和法的16份正常对照血清、8份良性肿瘤病人血清和51份恶性肿瘤病人血清的平均线宽((?)±S)分别为12.12±0.85,11.66±1.32和9.11±0.64,正常组与恶性组和良性组与恶性组之间差异均具有显著性(P<0.001)。冷冻干燥法的20份正常对照血清、23份良性肿瘤病人血清和56份恶性肿瘤病人血清的平均线宽((?)±S)分别为11.37±0.75,10.92±0.69和9.52±0.48,正常组与恶性组和良性组与恶性组之间差异具有显著性(P<0.001),正常组与良性组之间差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。表明冷冻干燥法比预饱和法的标准偏差小,准确度高,且缩短了检测时间。
Using the 80 MHz NMR apparatus, the pre-saturation method commonly used abroad and the freeze-drying method pioneered by the authors were used to perform the determination of the methyl and methine resonances of serum lipoprotein lipids in the normal and various tumor patient groups. Line width measurement. The mean line widths ((?)±S) of serum from 16 normal controls, 8 benign tumor patients, and 51 malignant tumors by pre-saturation were 12.12±0.85, 11.66±1.32, and 9.11±0.64, respectively. The differences between the malignant group and benign group and malignant group were significant (P<0.001). The mean line widths ((?)±S) of serum from 20 normal controls, 23 benign tumor patients and 56 malignant tumors by freeze-drying were 11.37±0.75, 10.92±0.69, and 9.52±0.48, respectively. There was significant difference between malignant group and benign group and malignant group (P<0.001). There was also significant difference between normal group and benign group (P<0.05). It shows that the standard deviation of the freeze-drying method is smaller than the pre-saturation method, the accuracy is high, and the detection time is shortened.
