本文介绍了两个缩尺模型螺旋桨的气动与声学性能对比实验。一个为三叶桨 (A桨 ) ,它是一种生产型号的缩尺模型 ,另一个为四叶桨 (B桨 ) ,是用当代气动与声学计算方法设计的新桨的缩尺模型。两桨的最大直径均为 0 .6 6 m,转速均在 150 0~ 30 0 0 r/min之间运转。实验结果表明 ,在相同工作状态及功率系数的情况下 ,四叶桨的拉力系数比三叶桨高 ,而噪音比三叶桨低 ;在相同工作状态及拉力系数情况下 ,四叶桨的噪音也比三叶桨低。四叶桨效率及整个性能均优于三叶桨。
This article presents a comparison of the aerodynamic and acoustic performance of two scaled model propellers. One is the A-paddle, a scale model of the production model and the other is the B-paddle, a scale model of a new paddle designed with contemporary aerodynamic and acoustic calculations. The maximum diameter of the two paddles is 0.666 m and the rotation speed is between 150 0 and 30 0 0 r / min. The experimental results show that under the same working condition and power coefficient, the pulling force coefficient of the four-bladed propeller is higher than that of the three-bladed propeller and the noise is lower than that of the three-bladed propeller.
