《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的组织与实施中明确指出:“家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴,应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持、和主动参与,并积极支持,帮助家长提高教育能力。”可见,家庭是幼儿成长的第一摇篮,每个孩子可以选择不同的幼儿园教育,但无法选择自己的家庭教育,因此,家庭教育是非常重要的。幼儿园和家庭是幼儿发展中影响最大、最直接的微观环境,作为幼儿最早接触的社会文化环境,它对幼儿发展所起的作用,是其他任何因素所不可比拟的。为此,下面我谈谈我园在“挖掘家庭教育资源、提高家庭教育水平、实现家园互动”上的一些做法和见解。 The organization and implementation of the “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” clearly states: “Families are important partners in kindergartens.
