2001年,教育部在全国各中小学颁布实施了任务教学法,旨在充分发挥学习者学习积极性,调动他们运用任务提高英语交流能力。迄今为止,任务教学法已在中国推行近十年,它在中国英语教学中的广泛应用仍存在较大的局限。本文从教育体制、学校、学生、教师、以及课堂管理模式等方面,深入剖析了任务教学法在中国英语教学环境下的可行性与局限性。
In 2001, the Ministry of Education promulgated and implemented the task-based teaching method in all primary and secondary schools across the country to give full play to the enthusiasm of learners and mobilize them to use their tasks to improve their ability to communicate in English. So far, the task-based pedagogy has been practiced in China for almost a decade, and its widespread application in Chinese English teaching still has its limitations. This article analyzes in depth the feasibility and limitations of the task teaching method in the environment of Chinese English teaching from aspects of education system, schools, students, teachers and classroom management.
