2017年初,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于深化职称制度改革的意见》中指出:“通过深化职称制度改革,重点解决制度体系不够健全、评价标准不够科学、评价机制不够完善、管理服务不够规范配套等问题,使专业技术人才队伍结构更趋合理,能力素质不断提高。”据笔者近年调研,现就国企对职称工作存在的一些情况分析。
