为了研究Mo元素对TiAlN涂层的微观形貌组织和摩擦学行为的影响,采用多弧离子镀技术,在4Cr13表面沉积了TiAlMoN四元涂层。结果表明:TiAlMoN涂层的表面组织致密,无气孔和裂纹,Ti、Al、Mo和N的质量比为3∶3∶3∶1,显微硬度达到了2922 HV0.1,且结合强度超过了35N。形成了以立方结构的AlN和面心立方结构的TiN结构为主的多元复合结构。在不同的加载载荷下,TiAlMoN涂层动摩擦因数随加载载荷的增大而降低,主要是由于Mo_2N的自润滑作用。磨损形式主要是三体磨粒磨损,磨损产生的磨屑也越多。
In order to study the effect of Mo on microstructure and tribological behavior of TiAlN coating, TiAlMoN quaternary coating was deposited on 4Cr13 by multi-arc ion plating. The results show that the surface structure of TiAlMoN coating is dense, without pores and cracks, the mass ratio of Ti, Al, Mo and N is 3: 3: 3: 1, the microhardness reaches 2922 HV0.1, and the bonding strength exceeds 35N. Formed a cubic structure of AlN and face-centered cubic structure of TiN structure-based multi-composite structure. Under different loadings, the dynamic friction coefficient of TiAlMoN coating decreases with the increase of loading load, mainly due to the self-lubricating effect of Mo_2N. Wear is mainly three-dimensional abrasive wear, abrasion wear debris generated more.
