研究了淀粉、甘油、铝酸酯偶联剂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)含量对热塑性淀粉基生物降解母料塑化过程中平衡扭矩、平衡时间、最大扭矩以及熔体指数等参数的影响。结果表明:增加甘油和铝酸酯的含量,可以显著地降低最大扭矩和平衡扭矩,恰当地选择淀粉和EVA比例可以缩短平衡时间并使母料的熔体指数获得最佳范围,通过调节各组分含量能够使母料获得很好的加工性能。
The effects of starch, glycerin, aluminate coupling agent and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) on the parameters of equilibrium torque, equilibrium time, maximum torque and melt index during the plasticization of thermoplastic starch-based biodegradable masterbatch Impact.
