采用酶组织化学方法,研究听源性癫痫大鼠发作时海马的能量代谢和递质作用。结果发现:癫痫发作时,海马内与能量代谢有关的琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖-6—磷酸酶、镁离子激活的腺苷三磷酸酶和钙离子激活的腺苷三磷酸酶的活性都有不同程度的增强;单胺类递质的失活酶———单胺氧化酶活性增强;胆碱类递质的失活酶———乙酰胆碱酯酶活性减弱,表明癫痫发作时伴有海马能量代谢的加强,单胺类递质失活的加强和胆碱类递质失活的减弱。本文对听源性癫痫大鼠海马的能量代谢以及单胺类、胆碱类递质与癫痫的关系进行了讨论
