目的:对行电子胃镜检查患者给予全程护理干预,探讨其临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年3月宁波市镇海区人民医院收治的行电子胃镜检查的患者120例,通过随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。采用常规护理方式对对照组进行干预,采用全程护理对观察组进行干预,对两组患者护理干预前后生理指标、检查时间及术中不适等情况进行统计比较。结果:在生理指标(心率、血压)方面,观察组在检查前各指标情况均较对照组明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在焦虑得分方面,与对照组比较,观察组护理干预后明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术中不适程度方面,与对照组比较,观察组干预后不适程度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在检查时间方面,观察组与对照组比较明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行电子胃镜检查患者给予全程护理干预能够使患者的心率、血压等生理指标有效稳定,使患者焦虑情绪明显缓解,同时能使患者术中的不适程度明显减轻,有助于检查能够顺利完成。
OBJECTIVE: To provide full-time nursing intervention for patients undergoing electronic gastroscopy to investigate the clinical effect. Methods: From March 2016 to March 2017, 120 patients undergoing electronic endoscopy in Zhenhai People’s Hospital of Ningbo were enrolled and divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The patients in the control group were intervened by routine nursing intervention and the whole group was treated by the intervention group. The physiological indexes, examination time and intraoperative discomfort were compared before and after the nursing intervention in both groups. Results: In physiological indexes (heart rate, blood pressure), the observation group before the test all indicators were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); anxiety scores, compared with the control group Compared with control group, the degree of discomfort in observation group decreased significantly after intervention (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the examination time, the observation group and the control group was significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The full nursing intervention in patients undergoing electronic endoscopy can effectively and stably control the physiological indexes such as heart rate and blood pressure, relieve the anxiety of the patients and relieve the patients’ discomfort during the operation, which is helpful for the examination to be smooth carry out.
