针对复杂难处理金矿的矿物学特征和盐酸体系臭氧氧化预处理提锑开展研究。工艺矿物学研究表明,矿物中主要存在辉锑矿、毒砂、黄铁矿和脉石,67.42%的金被包裹在硫化物之中。开展盐酸体系中臭氧氧化提锑的研究,考察反应温度、液固比、盐酸浓度和搅拌速度等因素对提锑过程的影响,在优化实验条件下,锑的浸出率可达93.75%。经过臭氧氧化预处理过程,矿物中的锑得到有效回收,同时包裹在辉锑矿和部分黄铁矿中的金得到释放和暴露。
In view of the mineralogical characteristics of complex refractory gold and the ozone oxidation pretreatment of hydrochloric acid system, antimony is studied. Process mineralogy studies have shown that the main presence of stibnite, arsenopyrite, pyrite and gangue minerals, 67.42% of the gold is wrapped in sulfide. To study the influence of ozone on the antimony in hydrochloric acid system, the effects of reaction temperature, liquid-solid ratio, hydrochloric acid concentration and stirring speed on the process of antimony were investigated. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the leaching rate of antimony reached 93.75%. After the ozone oxidation pretreatment process, the antimony in the minerals is effectively recovered, while the gold wrapped in stibnite and some pyrites is released and exposed.
