目的对茄科植物马尿泡全草体积分数70%乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱分离纯化,根据ESI-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、1H-1HCOSY、HMQC和HMBC等谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果从马尿泡全草乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到16个单体化合物,分别鉴定为莨菪碱(hyoscyamine,1)、山莨菪碱(anisodamine,2)、东莨菪碱(hyoscine,3)、3α-tropanyl-dl-3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropionate(4)、托品醇(tropine,5)、胸腺嘧啶(thymine,6)、胞苷(cytidine,7)、肌苷(inosine,8)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxylbenzoic acid,9)、香草酸(vanillic acid,10)、E-肉桂酸(Ecinnamic acid,11)、E-对甲氧基肉桂酸(E-p-methoxycinnamic acid,12)、托品酸(tropic acid,13)、solavetivone(14)、东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,15)和熊果酸(ursolic acid,16)。结论化合物4为新天然产物,化合物6~14、16为首次从茄科马尿泡属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the chloroform and ethyl acetate extract of 70% ethanol extract of Solanaceae plants. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures were elucidated on the basis of ESI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1HCOSY, HMQC and HMBC . Results Sixteen monomer compounds were isolated from the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts of the ethanolic extract of F. gramineus and identified as hyoscyamine (1), anisodamine (2) and hyoscine 3, 3α-tropanyl-dl-3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropionate (4), tropine (5), thymine (6), cytidine (7), inosine 8), p-hydroxylbenzoic acid (9), vanillic acid (10), E-cinnamic acid (11), E-methoxycinnamic acid 12), tropic acid (13), solavetivone (14), scopoletin (15) and ursolic acid (16). Conclusion Compound 4 is a new natural product, and compounds 6-14,16 are isolated from Solanaceae urophytes for the first time.
