目的研究无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(无排卵型功血)与细胞凋亡及其相关基因表达产物的关系。方法 2008年1月至2010年12月在我院收治的无排卵型功血患者30例为研究对象,对照组为30例因子宫肌瘤行次全子宫切除或者全子宫切除的患者。应用免疫组化方法检测2组子宫内膜组织中bcl-2、bax及P53蛋白的表达。结果无排卵型功血组与对照组bcl-2的阳性表达率分别为73.3%、30%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);bax的阳性表达率分别为33.3%、30%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而P53蛋白在无排卵型功血组仅1例弱阳性,对照组均为阴性,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无排卵型功血的发病与bcl-2蛋白表达相关,与bax表达和P53蛋白表达无关。
Objective To study the relationship between anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding) and apoptosis and related gene expression products. Methods Thirty patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were selected as the study subjects. The control group was treated with subtotal hysterectomy or hysterectomy for 30 patients with uterine fibroids. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl-2, bax and P53 protein in the two groups of endometrium. Results The positive expression rates of bcl-2 in anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding group and control group were 73.3% and 30%, respectively (P <0.01), the positive rates of bax were 33.3% and 30% respectively %, There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, P53 protein was weakly positive in the anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding group and negative in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion The incidence of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is related to bcl-2 protein expression, but not bax expression and P53 protein expression.
