在全球生产能力严重过剩的情况下,跨国流通企业通过价值链的整体控制及企业关系重构,实现了买方市场势力的增强。突破本地市场空间容量限制,实行连锁复制已成为跨国流通企业在全球进行规模扩张增强买方市场势力的一种方式。跨国流通企业不仅在中国一线城市巩固地盘,而且逐步加大了对二、三线城市的投资,实现了买方市场势力在中国的整体布局战略。跨国流通企业买方市场势力的空间生产,实质上是跨国资本在空间的演化及空间的延伸,是剩余资本的经济利益通过空间实践扩张而共同逐利并实现其霸权的过程。
With a serious overcapacity in the global production capacity, cross-border circulation enterprises realized the enhancement of the buyer’s market power through the overall control of the value chain and the reconstruction of business relations. Breaking the local market space capacity constraints, the implementation of chain-copying has become a way for multinational circulation enterprises to expand their scale and increase the buyer’s market power in the world. Transnational circulation enterprises not only consolidated their positions in the first-tier cities in China, but also gradually increased their investments in tier-two and tier-three cities, thereby realizing the overall layout strategy of the buyer’s market forces in China. The space production of buyers’ market forces in transnational circulation enterprises is essentially the evolution and spatial extension of transnational capital in space. It is the process in which the economic interests of the surplus capital work together for profits and realize their hegemony through the expansion of spatial practice.
