一、简况 冻结法是通过厚表土层不稳定含水层施工的主要凿井方法。河南省冻结法凿井,始于平顶山矿务局八矿东风井。1969年初,华东煤炭公司34工程处特殊凿井队和39勘探队对平八矿东风井进行冻结法施工,冻结深330米,在井筒周围打冻结孔36个,计进尺9277米,于1970年冻结完毕,并进行开挖。1970年淮北34处在永城葛店矿主副井进行冻结法凿井,冻结深175米,于1971年7月开挖井筒并顺利建成。 1972年河南省第三建井工程处施工的九里山矿主副井冲积层涌水大,副井先采用预注浆法施工,由于顶水作业,施工条件差,打打停停,进度慢,致使在1972年3月开工,到1979年7月才建成。矿务局为加快主井进度,于1976年组织施工队伍进行冻结法施工,从1977年2月到1978年7月凿井完工,计建成井322米,冻结深155米,冻结段凿井平均月进35米,为我省冻结凿井创造了较好成绩。

In order to speed up the progress of the main shaft, the Mines Bureau organized the construction team to carry out the freezing method construction in 1976 and completed the shaft sinking from February 1977 to July 1978, with a total length of 322 meters and a freezing depth of 155 meters.
