应用核团电刺激、核团微量注射方法,观察下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH)在杏仁基底内侧核(BMA)对胃运动抑制中的作用。结果显示:电刺激单侧VMH和单侧BMA均可显著地降低胃内压和胃运动频率;电解损毁单侧VMH后,电刺激同侧BMA和BMA内微量注射八肽胆囊收缩素均不能引出上述抑制效应。结果提示,VMH参与BMA对胃运动的抑制作用,而且是通过CCK能活动实现的。
The effects of hypothalamic venom medullary nucleus (VMH) on gastric motility inhibition by alveolar basal medial nucleus (BMA) were observed by electrical stimulation of nucleus and microinjection of nuclei. The results showed that both single-side VMH and unilateral BMA could significantly reduce the intra-gastric pressure and gastric motility frequency. After unilateral VMH was damaged by electrolysis, the micro-injected octapeptide cholecystokinin was not induced in the ipsilateral BMA and BMA The above inhibitory effect. The results suggest that VMH participates in the inhibitory effect of BMA on gastric motility and is via CCK activity.
