关于麦冬的炮制方法,见于陶弘景:“麦门冬以肥大者为好,用之汤泽,抽去心,不尔,令人烦”。《本草纲目》曰“滋补药以酒浸擂之。”为了探讨其炮制原理,本文应用紫外分光光度法对麦冬、去心麦冬、朱麦冬和酒麦冬中主要成分之一总黄酮的含量进行了比较分析。

A comparative analysis was performed.
