根据“5·12”地震后灾区学生的生理需要和心理需求,结合《体育与健康》课程标准的思想,提出灾后开展体育课程模式需要新的课程结构设置,即合理的加入运动心理干预及调整课堂结构与模式,适当提升学生的兴趣,鼓励和发展学生自我学习动力,选项目的参与式教学,以达到充分适应学生身心发展的要求,对学生的个性健康发展和终身体育锻炼意识的形成起到积极的促进作用。
