在不同浇注温度下浇注Al-8Er合金铸件,研究浇注温度对铸件凝固组织的影响。试验表明,随着浇注温度降低,合金试样外部的粗大柱状树枝晶区域会逐步缩小;浇注温度为735℃以及更低温度时,试样心部粗大树枝晶逐渐细化为细小等轴晶,外部柱状晶区消失,并转化成细小的等轴晶。随着浇注温度不断下降,二次枝晶臂的间距逐步减小。浇注温度对合金共晶相形貌、共晶相体积分数和共晶相的分布无明显影响。
Al-8Er alloy castings were cast at different pouring temperatures to study the effect of pouring temperature on the solidified structure of castings. The results show that as the pouring temperature decreases, the coarse column dendrites outside the sample gradually decrease. When the pouring temperature is 735 ℃ and lower, the coarse dendrites in the heart of the sample gradually refine into fine equiaxed grains, The outer columnar crystal disappears and transforms into small equiaxed grains. With the pouring temperature declining, the distance between the secondary dendrite arm gradually reduced. The pouring temperature had no significant effect on the morphology of eutectic phase, the volume fraction of eutectic phase and the distribution of eutectic phase.
