研究毛细管挤出过程中PVC与轻度交联MBS共混物熔体的胀大行为及其影响因素.结果表明:温度和剪切应力对挤出胀大比B值的影响较大;B与口模长径比及MBS用量成反比关系.从理论上分析了PVC/MBS共混体系的微观相作用.
The swelling behaviors and influencing factors of PVC and mildly cross-linked MBS blends during capillary extrusion process were studied.The results show that temperature and shear stress have a greater effect on extrusion swell than that of B value. B and The aspect ratio of the die and the amount of MBS are inversely proportional to each other.The microscopic phase effect of PVC / MBS blend system is theoretically analyzed.
