伴随着经济的高速发展,很多国际知名的酒店品牌进入中国酒店市场,随之而来的就是逐渐产生的多元文化。跨国酒店在我国经常使用以特许经营、管理合同或是带资管理为主的经营模式进入中国市场,酒店管理合同不仅给国内酒店的发展带来了更加先进、更加多元的管理理念,而且给酒店跨文化的发展带来了意想不到的可能性。本文旨在通过分析管理合同模式下酒店跨文化冲突并且给出实证分析。
