从接近工业灰铸铁实际凝固过程的角度出发,提出了数值模拟其凝固组织的一套方法,其中主要包括枝晶奥氏体生长过程体积分数的计算以及晶粒接触因素的处理.该方法经以样杯中浇注的试块为对象进行实验验证,模拟得到的冷却曲线、奥氏体分数及共晶团密度均与实测结果符合较好.
From the point of view of approaching the actual solidification process of industrial gray cast iron, a set of methods for numerical simulation of its solidified structure is proposed, which mainly includes the calculation of the volume fraction of the dendrite growth process and the treatment of the grain contact factor. The method is validated by the test sample poured into a cup, and the simulated cooling curve, austenite fraction and eutectic mass density are in good agreement with the measured results.
