筛选确定山西省高速公路2008年至2010年期间780起车辆掉线事故,通过对事故《公路赔(补)偿案件现场勘验报告》和路政案件事故现场照片等数据的统计与计算,分析了左右两侧掉线事故发生的比例及其单车和多车掉线事故所占的比例,进一步研究了掉线事故的月分布、路侧碰撞障碍物的主要类型和弯道的影响,确定了山西省高速公路车辆掉线事故的基本特征。相关研究结论对于高速公路路侧安全设计具有借鉴作用。其中对车辆掉线和中央分隔带、路侧边沟、弯道之间相互影响的分析对山区高速公路的安全改造具有帮助作用。
Through the statistics and calculation of the data of scene investigation such as road compensation (compensation) cases and roadside incident and accident scene photos, the paper analyzes and calculates the data of 780 vehicles dropped off from 2008 to 2010 in Shanxi Province Expressway. The ratio of the dropped accident on the left and the right side and the proportion of the accident dropped by the bicycle and the multi-vehicle, further studied the monthly distribution of the dropped accident, the main types of roadside collision obstacles and the influence of the curve, Provincial Expressway vehicles dropped the basic characteristics of the accident. The relevant conclusions can be used as a reference for highway side safety design. Among them, the analysis of the interaction between vehicle drop and central divider, roadside ditch and curve can help to improve the safety of mountain expressway.
