目的:评价我校在读成人高等教育药学专业课教学效果。方法:结合Likert 5点测量法对我校2012-2014级药学和药品经营管理两个专业的成人药学类学生进行问卷调查。结果:共发放调查问卷260份,回收有效问卷236份,有效回收率为90.8%。学生对专业课教师授课态度的平均得分为3.58分,对专业课教师授课方式满意度平均得分为3.30分,对专业课教师授课能力满意度平均得分为3.08分;对专业课教师授课的平均满意度为78.98%,对专业课教师的授课态度、授课方法、授课能力平均满意度分别为84.15%、78.13%、76.65%。结论:本调查既有益于学生与教师建立良好的互动关系,促进教学相长,也起到监督和评估专业课教师授课质量与效果的作用,有利于推进成人高校教师教学质量评价模式改革的进程。
Objective: To evaluate the teaching effect of our college adult pharmacy specialty course. Methods: Questionnaire survey was carried out on Likert 5-point method in two major professional pharmacy students in 2012-2014 pharmacy and pharmacy management. Results: A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed and 236 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 90.8%. The average score of students’ attitudes toward professional teachers is 3.58, the average score of professional teachers’ teaching methods is 3.30, the average score of professional teachers’ ability of teaching is 3.08, the average satisfaction of professional teachers is 78.98% The average satisfaction degree of teaching methods, teaching methods and teaching ability of professional teachers were 84.15%, 78.13% and 76.65% respectively. Conclusion: This survey not only benefits students and teachers in establishing good interactive relationship, but also plays an important role in supervising and assessing the teaching quality and effectiveness of professional teachers. It is conducive to promoting the process of the reform of evaluation model of adult college teachers’ teaching quality.
