委外项目是电务段生产活动中重要的一环,为了规避项目实施过程中的技术风险、安全风险和廉政风险,有必要采取科学的方法对委外项目生命周期进行全过程的标准化管理。以徐州电务段为例进行了SWOT分析,并在风险分析的基础上对电务委外项目风险点的管控提出了建议,且对电务委外项目全过程的标准化管理进行了探讨。
Outsourcing projects are an important part of the production activities of the electricity service segment. In order to avoid the risks of technology, safety and integrity during the project implementation, it is necessary to adopt a scientific method to standardize the whole process of outsourcing project life cycle. Taking Xuzhou electricity service segment as an example, SWOT analysis was carried out. Based on the risk analysis, some suggestions were put forward for the management and control of the risk points of the outsourcing project, and the standardized management of the whole process of the outsourcing project was also discussed.
