维修人员是装备维修活动中的主体,维修人员的效率将直接影响飞机系统效能。针对目前航空维修效率评价的现状,本文提出了采用自动控制原理中直观规律范布尔代数的方法建立系统的效率评价数学解析模型,使航空维修效率评价具体、科学,相比传统的主观评价更有说服力。航空维修部门通过评价系统,实时客观评价每一项维修任务,掌握维修人员实际维修能力和水平,为逐步提高维修效率提供依据。
Maintenance personnel are the mainstay of equipment maintenance activities. The efficiency of maintenance personnel will directly affect the performance of the aircraft system.
