博士生培养受学术逻辑与市场逻辑的影响。学术逻辑要求博士生培养以学术为本,市场逻辑要求博士生培养适应市场需求。随着大学外部环境的变化,大学学术内涵本身及知识生产方式的改变使得博士生培养的学术逻辑也发生了变化。变化后的学术逻辑与市场逻辑有交叉也有分离,且二者在不断的交互作用过程中实现了博士生培养模式变革的逻辑平衡。由于学术逻辑是博士生培养的内生逻辑,其对博士生培养的影响和控制力度要大于外生的市场逻辑。因此,为了实现并保持博士生培养学术逻辑与市场逻辑的平衡,需要对博士生培养进行劳动力市场校准,以实现博士生培养在博士数量和质量上的劳动力市场校准目标。
Doctoral students are influenced by academic logic and market logic. Academic logic requires doctoral students to develop academic-based, market logic requires doctoral students to adapt to market demand. With the changes in the external environment of the university, the academic connotation of the university and the change of the mode of production of knowledge have also changed the academic logic of doctoral training. After the change of academic logic and market logic there is also a separation, and the two in the process of continuous interaction to achieve a logical balance of doctoral training mode change. Because academic logic is the endogenous logic of doctoral training, its impact on and management of doctoral students should be stronger than exogenous market logic. Therefore, in order to achieve and maintain a balance between academic logic and market logic for doctoral students, it is necessary to calibrate the labor market for the training of doctoral students in order to achieve the goal of training the doctoral students in the quantity and quality of the labor market.
