目的:通过对中文版“太田阶段评价法”的信度和效度的研究来验证其在儿童自闭症应用中的妥当性。方法:在北京、青岛和大连选取自闭症儿童175例,正常儿童132例,对其进行太田阶段评价和比内智商测试,并由家长填写自制的访谈问卷。结果:①信度分析:全量表和各项目之间的Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.7,重测信度系数为0.985和0.976。②效度分析:太田阶段的总得分与各分项得分的相关系数为0.548~0.897,说明其具有良好的内容效度。不同年龄组儿童的太田阶段得分与智商呈强的正相关,系数为0.828~0.976;太田阶段和语言能力之间也呈很强的正相关,系数为0.785,效标效度良好。另外,各年龄段对照组的太田得分均显著高于自闭症组,说明其具有良好的区分效度。结论:中文版“太田阶段评价法”具有良好的信度和效度,操作简便,结果再现性高,是一种有效地评估自闭症儿童认知能力的工具。
Objective: To verify the validity of autistic application in children through the study of the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of “Ota Evaluation Method”. Methods: A total of 175 children with autism and 132 normal children were selected in Beijing, Qingdao and Dalian. The evaluation of Ota patients and the IQ test were completed. The interview questionnaire was completed by parents. Results: (1) Reliability analysis: Cronbach’sα coefficients between the full scale and each item were all greater than 0.7, and the test-retest reliability coefficients were 0.985 and 0.976. (2) Validity analysis: The correlation coefficient between the total scores of Ota and the scores of each sub-item was 0.548-0.897, indicating that it has good content validity. Ota score of children of different age groups had a strong positive correlation with IQ, with a coefficient of 0.828-0.976. There was also a strong positive correlation between Ota phase and language ability, with a coefficient of 0.785, with good validity. In addition, Ota scores of control group of all ages were significantly higher than that of autism group, indicating that it has good discriminative validity. Conclusion: The Chinese version of “Ota Stage Evaluation Method” has good reliability and validity, easy operation and high reproducibility. It is an effective tool to evaluate the cognitive ability of autistic children.
