强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种慢性进行性疾病,主要累及骶髂关节、脊柱旁软组织及外周关节,并可件发关节外表现,严重者可发生脊柱畸形和关节强直。本病发病隐袭,多见于男性青少年,国内患病率为0.3%左右。强直性脊柱炎至今缺乏有效的根治方法,但随着基础和临床研究的进展,人们对本病认识的深化,诊断及治疗水平逐渐提高,已使很多病人取得了满意的疗效。2001～2005年,我们采用药物及脉冲电磁场联合治疗36例,取得了较为满意的疗效。现报道如下。
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic progressive disease that mainly affects the sacroiliac joint, soft tissue adjacent to the spine and peripheral joints, and may manifest outside the joint. In severe cases, spinal deformity and ankylosis may occur. The incidence of insidious disease, more common in males and adolescents, the prevalence was 0.3%. However, with the progress of basic and clinical researches, the deepening of people’s understanding of this disease, the gradual increase of diagnosis and treatment have made many patients achieve satisfactory curative effect. From 2001 to 2005, we used drugs and pulsed electromagnetic fields combined treatment of 36 cases, and achieved a more satisfactory effect. Report as follows now.
