概论铸造生产是机械制造业的一个重要环节。压力铸造(以下简称为压铸)是一种铸造方法。压铸的实质是用高压(比压为数百至数千N/cm~2)将液态合金快速压入金属型腔,并使其在压力下进行凝固。在现有的铸造方法中,压铸法生产的铸件(以下简称为压铸件),其精度和表面粗糙度均居于领先地位,且结晶致密、强度高、机械性能好。压铸法的生产效率也较高,经济效果好,是一种先进的生产技术。
